We Provide a Premier Service for a Unique Industry.Having the opportunity to live in Central Florida (Kissimmee) and (Orlando) since 1970, We have seen every Storage Unit in Central Florida built from the ground up.
The Convenience and need for a Storage Solution can become overwhelming at times. Many times we find ourselves in need of a helping hand one way or another by means of a place to store extra stuff, some extra people to help get it to a storage facility and people to help get stuff out! Most Self-storage units are commonly used to store personal items, furniture, and excess belongings. Although a large variety of other items are packed away to include such items as Household goods (Artwork, Books, Home Decorations, Sports Equipment, Commercial and Industrial goods, Electronics, Appliances, Cars, boats, Motorcycles, and RVs.
We Provide a Premier Service, Professional, Courteous, and Timely cleanouts for everyone. Cleanout Services for Individuals, Businesses, Commercial & Industrial, The Timeshare Industry, Florida Real Estate Association, Tax Collectors Office, Major Attractions everyone has a need at some point.
The "Free Service" we offer is in exchange for Unwanted Items that are still usable, some items are donated to our local central Florida facilities, some are kept if they can be useful in the Cleanout and Removal operations of a Storage Unit Cleanout, and some things we try and resell.
At the end of the day it usually works out to be a "Win-Win" for everyone involved. You get a unit cleaned out for "FREE", You don't have to rent a truck, hire extra hands to help load up a storage unit. It's usually hot and sweaty, its time consuming, you have to pay for gas, tolls, dump fees lunch for the help, etc.
We do all that for you, we try and help keep the majority of unwanted items out of the landfill. Every once in awhile we run across Storage units that are just so messy and unorganized with no resell or donation value left that we do have to charge a fee for the cleanout to cover those misc. expenses, Labor, Gas, Tolls, Dump Fees Etc. All of that is discussed and agreed on beforehand and with an Empty/Cleaned out Storage Unit we can put closure to another productive day!
